Major Extension & Roof Reconstruction
Mobberley, Cheshire Status:

A substantial residential extension and refurbishment project involving structural alterations, new roof construction, steel beam installations, masonry works, and internal reconfiguration. The project is being delivered using an engineering-led approach with Building Control inspections throughout construction.
Foundations & Groundworks: Deep strip foundations and substructure works constructed to engineer’s design, including excavation, concrete foundations, beam-and-block flooring, and preparation for the new extension structure.
Structural Steel Installation: Installation of structural steel beams and columns to support major structural alterations, new openings, and the extension works in accordance with structural engineer specifications.
Masonry Construction: Construction of new cavity walls, gable walls, and structural masonry works to form the extension and support the new roof structure.
Roof Reconstruction:
Removal of the existing roof structure and construction of a new engineered roof system designed to accommodate the enlarged property layout and new accommodation.
Warm Roof Construction:
Installation of a modern warm roof build-up designed to improve thermal performance, energy efficiency, and long-term weather protection.
Internal Structural Alterations:
Load-bearing wall modifications, structural openings, and internal reconfiguration works to create a more functional and open living environment.
